Roxanne has been here at First Church since January 1995. Her responsibilities include preparing weekly worship bulletins and monthly newsletters, board meeting minutes, scholarship applications, mailings, coordinates scheduling of weddings and baptisms, All building use applications, purchasing. Roxanne knows the ins and outs of First Church and is able to answer all office related questions.

Kristen joined the First Church staff January 2006. She handles all the day-to-day finances of the church. Kristen moved here in October 2005 from Los Angeles with a background in the entertainment industry where she worked in a accounting firm as a full charge business manger for 25 clients and their corporations for 9 years. She now lives in Bristol with her husband Scott who is a photographer and her son Zephyr.

Stewart is a native of Waterbury, CT and a lifelong member of The First Congregational Church of Waterbury where he began his musical studies under then Director of Music John Ferreira. After serving as Director of Music at Prospect Congregational Church for a span of 12 years Stewart returned to First Church in March of 2013 to serve as Organist and Director of Music. While attending Naugatuck Valley College as a Music Major Stewart sang as a bass in the college choir and toured with the group to London, Wales and later to Quebec City. The Naugatuck Valley College Choir for several years was designated as a backup choir for The Kenny Rodgers Christmas Show at The Oakdale of which Stewart was one of 25 chosen to perform in the group. While continuing his undergraduate work at Southern Ct State University his studies included Orchestration, Theory, and piano improvisation under Jazz Pianist Dr. Rex Cadwallader. Stewart has also been on staff in the Operations Department at Radio City Music Hall since 2013.
